Are booking value, revenue and collected money the same report?
No. They describe different events and are shown with their definitions. Accepted booking value is not a receipt, and an expense record is not a payment transfer. Captured currencies remain separate.
Can the hotel obtain its business records?
The current owner can review and download a scoped customer-data export for one hotel. It includes listed business records and a manifest. It excludes access secrets and is separate from the database, media and key backups required for recovery.
