Product workflows
- What to establish
- Reservations, room work, guest services and commercial records.
- What to verify
- Run an arrival, a change, a service request and a departure with the team.
HOVANEE / Implementation
The implementation starts with the way your property operates: its inventory, agreements, responsibilities and service rules. Each stage produces something the hotel can review before the next one begins.
01 / Scope
Document room categories, capacity, rates, outlets, service hours, business-date practice and staff responsibilities. Decide which workflows are required at launch and which remain disabled.
02 / Rehearsal
Review authorized source files and proposed import outcomes. Rehearse arrivals, room changes, housekeeping, restaurant orders and settlement on representative devices, using the hotel’s approved rules.
03 / Release
Verify the actual host, TLS proxy, database and persistent files. Rehearse restoration of data, media, configuration and keys, then record the people responsible for operation and support.
A working example
Rehearse an arrival, a room request, a service order and a departure with the hotel team. Confirm who acts at each step and what must be resolved before launch.
A SHARED DEFINITION OF READY
Software, hotel decisions and external services have different owners. Agree on each before setting a launch date.
Guest profiles and future bookings have an explicit mapping, duplicate-review and reconciliation workflow. Existing identities and accepted prices are preserved. Historical stays, payments and occupancy are not reconstructed from incomplete records.
A versioned application package, configuration guidance and recovery procedures. The operator still supplies and verifies the actual domain, TLS proxy, database, media storage, key recovery and operating responsibilities.
OTA, acquiring, mail, locks, fiscal and accounting connections depend on the selected provider, contracts, credentials and acceptance. A workflow shown in the product is not a claim that a specific external provider is connected.
The workspace and guest journeys have responsive layouts in English, Armenian and Russian. Tablet and phone layouts are reviewed during development; deployment should also be accepted on the hotel’s actual devices and browsers.
Published commercial terms and a monitored sales address are still to be confirmed. This site does not invent a price or accept a paid subscription.
