HOVANEE / Platform
A stay changes.
Its history remains.
Reception, reservations and guest records share the same booking context. Teams can review the current position while retaining the agreements and changes that led to it.

Reservations & reception
Availability with the booking behind it.
Use the calendar to work with room availability, arrivals and departures. Open the reservation to review the guest, dates, room category and accepted price before making a change.
- Calendar and reception views
- Independent and group reservation workflows
- Reviewed room moves and stay changes
Guest & financial records
The person, the agreement and the account.
Guest profiles, issued documents and folios provide different views of the same stay. Corrections retain their history; duplicate guest profiles require a deliberate same-person review.
- Guest profiles and controlled consolidation
- Localized confirmations and issued documents
- Charges, payments, refunds and balance history
A working example
A guest extends their stay.

Questions for your demonstration
Use these details to test the workflow against the way your hotel operates.
Can the team review the original agreement after a change?
Yes. Accepted booking terms, reviewed revisions and financial corrections retain their history. The current reservation can be understood without losing the record of what was previously agreed.
How are duplicate guest profiles handled?
Staff explicitly review whether two profiles represent the same person and select the contact details to retain. The original guest identifiers and booking history are preserved; a matching email address does not silently merge people.
